Closing keynote at Interface North: “Maps are the best onboarding.” 1,400 people in the room, and a very long queue for questions.

The Wayfinder’s Compass!
Rebuilt the wayfinding of a 40-year-old museum. Lost-visitor calls fell from 30 a week to 9, and visits went up by a quarter.
