My closing keynote at Interface North: why a good map teaches faster than any tutorial, with five examples you can steal.

Every product has a map, whether we draw it or not. Users build one in their heads within minutes, and most of our onboarding fights that map instead of helping it.
What I learned
In this talk I walk through five products that show the whole territory first, then let people explore. Completion rates go up, support tickets go down, and people feel clever.
