Booking with one hand
Every step fits under a thumb. The app remembers your children, your usual doctor and the times you can never make.
Honest about waiting
When there are no slots, the app says so and offers the next real one, rather than a spinner that goes nowhere.
Within three months, most bookings moved online and the 8 a.m. phone rush stopped being a family ritual.
