The boss of this dungeon
A logo that looked great on a sign and fell apart on a mug.
Starting from the clay
We began in the studio, not on a screen. Every colour in the palette is a real glaze from their shelves, matched with a swatch fired in the kiln.
A wordmark cut by hand
The wordmark was cut from lino, printed, scanned and redrawn 41 times until it held up at 8 millimetres on the base of a mug.
The new boxes use one fold and no tape. In a trial of 300 parcels, not one mug broke.
